I've got a big new job to start off the bright new year. I feel very lucky, both to have an exciting new project and to get to do something I absolutely love to do.  Watch for continued progress reports on this one. The first stage is a  large (10 feet X 5 feet) radius rolled piece that will eventually go up a curved wall.  I've posted pictures below to show the progress of the project from flat sheet, taking it through the gigantic roller over in Orlando to rough drawn sketch. Next step is the first fitting in the field and client approval on the design. You would not believe the size of the rolling machine it took to radius the metal being rolled on the 10 foot side!
